Global Tender Manager (M/K)
Job location: Warszawa
YOUR ROLE
To manage the global opportunities and to grow CEVAs network covering the service portfolio. To work closely with the Regional Global Tender Management Teams, Product and Business Development and the Analysts.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Manages global opportunities with the usage of CEVA’s pricing tool.
- Works collaboratively with the business teams on the strategic response for the respective tenders.
- Ensures that business decisions are made according to existing business controls and that all regulatory requirements are met and followed.
- Works closely with business leaders in establishing pricing priorities.
- Works in collaboration with the Data Management Team to complete the tender and monitors provision of the missing lane pairs.
- Responsible for the RFQ quality check and conducts the review with the respective business partners.
- Ensures that set margins are followed and that pricing activities requiring product and senior management approval (regional and/or global) are properly coordinated with the organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Fluent in English, additional knowledge of other languages are beneficial.
- Presentation and cross-functional communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel advanced).
- Excellent transport, forwarding and logistics skills (air and ocean).
- Ability to distance him/herself from current operational reality and to envision a future situation.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to integrate pricing tactics and drive process improvements.
