We are now looking for a  Process Officer/ Transition to Payment Services in Operations to Files Team. We are during the transition of complex processes and we are looking for people who would like to develop during this very interesting project

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Files Team team. We add value by supporting the Finnish, Danish, Norwegian and Swedish customers and stakeholders in the Cash Management Value Chain . As Process Officer/ Transition to Payment Services in Operations you’ll play a valuable role in supporting Nordea’s largest customers and enabling them to use our services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handle day to day operations to ensure timely deliveries within the key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with corporate customers and Nordic stakeholders
  • Participating in project oriented toward simplification and customer needs
  • Create, develop and update documentation and procedures regarding assigned tasks  
  • Seeking improvement possibilities in daily work

You’ll join a highly customer focused and experienced team that do their outmost in creating customer value in every interaction. The role is based in Łódź.
